Terms & Conditions – Order of Bona Dea
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing any materials, teachings, or spaces connected to the Order of Bona Dea (“the Order”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not access or use any part of the Order.
2. Access & Membership
Access to the Order is granted at the sole discretion of its founder. Access may be revoked at any time, without explanation. Membership is not a right, it is a privilege.
3. Confidentiality
All materials, discussions, and interactions within the Order are strictly confidential.
You may not share, discuss, summarise, or disclose any part of the Order’s content or member activity with anyone outside of it.
This includes anything shared by other members.
What others disclose within the Order – whether in group settings, private conversations, or workshops – must remain strictly within that space.
You may not repeat, reference, or allude to another member’s experiences, identity, or contributions outside of the Order under any circumstances.
4. Personal Use Only
All content is provided for your personal use only. You may not:
- Teach it
- Share it
- Repackage it
- Present it as your own
- Use it in client work, whether directly or indirectly
This applies to both written and spoken material, including workshops, conversations, and private guidance.
5. No Redistribution
You may not copy, download, record, screenshot, distribute, or otherwise reproduce any materials from the Order for the purpose of sharing with others.
Passing materials to non-members, in any form, is strictly prohibited.
6. Account Security
Your access is personal and non-transferable.
You may not:
- Share your login details
- Allow others to access your account
- Access the Order through another person’s account
Any breach will result in immediate removal.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, processes, and teachings remain the sole property of the Order.
Engaging with the material does not grant you ownership, licensing rights, or permission to use it beyond your own internal development.
8. Conduct
You are expected to conduct yourself with integrity and discretion.
The following will result in removal:
- Breach of confidentiality
- Misrepresentation of the Order or its work
- Attempting to extract, replicate, or commercialise its material
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour within any Order space
9. No Recording
Recording of any kind – audio, video, or written transcription—of sessions, workshops, or interactions is not permitted.
10. Boundaries of Engagement
The Order does not provide ongoing support, coaching, or therapy.
All engagement is structured, finite, and defined by the Order. Any attempt to push beyond those boundaries will be declined.
11. Payments
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Access to paid materials or experiences may be revoked if these Terms are breached, without refund.
12. Removal
The Order reserves the right to remove any individual at any time, without notice or explanation.
Removal includes loss of access to all materials, spaces, and future opportunities.
13. No Representation
You may not present yourself as a representative, affiliate, or extension of the Order in any capacity.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Order constitutes acceptance of any updates.

This is a closed, high-trust environment.
What is shared here stays here.
If you break that trust, access ends.
